Welcome to NextLink Careers. By purchasing or engaging in our services (CV/resume writing, LinkedIn optimisation, and related career services), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

We offer the following services:

• CV/resume writing, editing, and formatting
   
• LinkedIn profile optimisation
   
• Career consultation and personal branding advice
   

All services are delivered digitally via email or online meetings unless otherwise agreed.

• Services must be booked in advance via email, form, or website.
   
• Full payment is required prior to delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods: [e.g., PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer]
   
• All prices are quoted in GBP and may be subject to change.
   

Invoices are provided upon request.

• Turnaround times will be agreed upon at the time of booking (typically [e.g., 3–5 business days])
   
• Delays caused by late client responses or incomplete information may extend delivery times.
   

We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to lack of client input.

• Up to 5 rounds of revisions are included within 7 days of delivery.
   
• Additional edits or late revision requests may incur a fee.
   
• Revisions are based on the initial brief. Major directional changes may require a new quote.
   

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
   
• Review drafts and provide feedback within the agreed timeline
   
• Use the delivered work for lawful purposes only
   

We are not liable for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

• Once work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed.
   
• If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion (minus admin fees).
   
• No refunds are given for completed services.
   

If you're dissatisfied, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue.

• Final CVs, resumes, and LinkedIn content are licensed to you for personal use.
   
• Templates, content structures, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of NextLink Careers.
   
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our original work.
   

We respect your privacy and handle all personal and professional data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

Your documents and information will never be shared without your explicit consent.

We make no guarantees regarding job placement, interview success, or LinkedIn results. You understand that:

• Our role is to present your skills effectively, not to fabricate or misrepresent
   
• Outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control (market conditions, hiring practices, etc.)
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential loss.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Last updated: June 2025.
